The interactions between unsteady three-dimensional (3D) flows with airfoils and bluff bodies have a significant impact in many important applications as the aerospace and wind energy production and transportation. These phenomena are multi-physics and characterized by a complex flow and unsteady aerodynamics. The ultimate goal of my research program is to enhance the current fundamental knowledge regarding these phenomena and to transfer the outcomes to other researchers and end-users (Canadian industries and government).
