Acquisition of this computer workstation enhances the Computer Graphics education at Potsdam College of the State University of New York. It also allows computer graphics based techniques to significant role such as logic design and simulation. With this capability the Computer Science Department added a new course in computer animation which is designed to teach seniors the principles of computer assisted 2-D animation. This award is being matched by an equal amount from the principal investigator's institution.
