In Vorarbeiten haben wir herausgefunden, dass Basophile Granulozyten einen wesentlichen Einfluss auf das Zustandekommen einer humoralen Gedächtnis-Immunantwort haben und eine spezifische Differenzierung von CD4+ T-Zellen bewirken, wobei die Expression von IL-10, IL-13 und IL-4 deutlich gesteigert, die Induktion von regulatorischen T-Zellen jedoch deutlich gehemmt wird. Da Basophile Granulozyten bei der allogenen KM-Transplantation sehr früh auftreten und aktiviert werden, wollen wir dem vorliegenden Antrag ihre Rolle für die T-Zell Differenzierung und die Krankheitsaktivität bei GvHD und GvT Reaktionen näher untersuchen.
