项目摘要

本研究課題は，介護度が重度化する介護老人福祉施設における介護ロボットの介護サービスへの適用にあたり，導入条件及びその問題点の構造を明らかにし，多職種連携による利用者及びサービス提供者双方のニーズに沿った介護ロボットの効果的な導入のための具体的な方策，発想・工夫を探り，魅力ある導入・システム化への課題を明確にすることである．そのため，これまで開発された介護ロボットの有効活用状況や課題を全国的なレベルで把握することによって，利用の実態やそこで働く専門職の意識を明らかにし，介護ロボット導入に関する課題を明確にすることを目的に調査した。研究方法は，2022年6月～7月，47都道府県の介護老人福祉施設835施設(全国8,234施設の1割程程度2021年10月現在)に，無作為自計式郵送調査を日本社会事業大学社会事業研究所研究倫理委員会の承認（21-1201）を得て実施した．その結果、①施設長宛（回収率15.9%），②介護職員5名（統括介護長1名，介護福祉士養成校卒業生とそれ以外の職員でフロア・ユニットリーダー1名ずつ，介護福祉士養成校卒業生とそれ以外の職員で入職2年未満1名ずつ）を各施設選出していただき487通回収した．③介護支援専門員、看護職主任、機能訓練指導員など多職種については，308通回収できた．現在，IBM SPSS StatisticsV25を用いて，単純集計を行い，傾向を把握している．施設長宛の調査については，第65回老年社会科学会（2023年6月18日)，日本社会事業大学第61回社会福祉学研究大会（2023年6月24日）において報告予定である．介護職員及び他職種に関する調査項目についても，年齢，役職，経験，施設形態，職種別，地域間等について比較検討中である。
