项目摘要

本研究では、薬剤師に求められる地域医療能力、対人業務能力の1つであるフィジカルアセスメント能力を遠隔実習、オンライン実習で修得させることを目指して研究を遂行している。本研究の要衝である「学習プログラムの新規設計」は、学習者の背景と求められる能力に合わせて設計される必要があり、インストラクショナル・デザイン、成人学習理論に基づいて設計しながら進めている。2022年度は参加希望薬剤師の確定より行った。新型コロナウイルス感染症の再拡大が度々生じたため、現職の薬剤師の参加数は予定数には達していないものの22名の参加を確定することができた。ただし、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で、参加薬剤師の日常業務が逼迫してしまい、進行が遅れてしまっている。参加が確定した薬剤師に対しては、血圧計、聴診器、パルスオキシメーターを郵送にて貸し出している。同時に2021年度に収録したフィジカルアセスメント手技の動画を提供し、1つ1つの手技を修得してもらっている。これは成人学習者であることを前提にした、各参加薬剤師のニーズに基づいての実施である。予定していたLMSの使用が困難になってしまったため情報提供ツールや学習評価ツールが限定されてしまっているが、参加薬剤師への連絡はメールで行い、現段階では滞りなくコンタクトを取ることができている。また、アンケート調査はGoogleフォームで実施している。その調査結果については、第15回日本医療教授システム学会学術集会・総会のシンポジウムにて、一部紹介している。また、「入口を揃える」という意味での小テストはGoogleフォームで実施し、一定の知識が修得されていることは確認できている。
