【目的】今年度研究は,昨年度質的記述的分析により明らかにした、看護師長のリフレクションの課題と行動変容への促進要因を踏まえ、行動変容につながる看護マネジメントリフレクション研修を試行する介入研究である。【方法】県内300床以下の中規模病院の看護師長14名対象に10月・11月・12月と3回の看護マネジメントリフレクション研修を開催した。研修プログラムの構成は、第1回目は看護マネジメントリフレクションの基本的な考え方、メタ認知についての講義と演習（自分自身を知る、事例検討、グループリフレクション）とし、第2回目は看護マネジメントリフレクションの評価・分析についての講義と各自の事例をプロセスレコードにおこし、プロセスレコードを用いたグループリフレクションの実施、第3回目は看護マネジメントリフレクションによる自己の気づきをどのように行動変容につなげるかについて、マトリックス指標を用いた演習を実施した。【結果】研修参加者：性別：男性1名、女性13名、看護師経験年数：25.57±5.12年、看護師長経験年数：5.43±2.29年であった。研修ごとに自記式質問紙調査を実施した。質問紙調査の自由記載の内容分析においては、第1回目の研修後に【自分の傾向を知る】【相手を理解する】【客観視する】ことの大切さに気付き、第3回の質問紙では【対象者に対する認識】【自己のマネジメントの傾向の認識】が深まり、リフレクションでの気づきに【意識して関わる】という行動変容につながっていることが示唆された。

[Objective] This year's study aims to analyze the qualitative descriptions of nursing care professionals, and to conduct an intervention study on the key factors for the promotion of nursing care professionals. [Methods] 14 nursing directors from medium-sized hospitals with less than 300 beds were selected for the study. The first chapter is the basic examination method of nursing care, cognition and training. The second chapter is the evaluation of the nursing management system. The second chapter is the analysis of the teaching materials and the implementation of the nursing management system. The third chapter is about the implementation of the exercise of the index of care and development. [Results] Participants: Gender: 1 male, 13 female, nurse years: 25.57±5.12 years, nurse years: 5.43±2.29 years. The study was carried out on a self-recording paper survey. The content analysis of the free record of the inquiry paper was carried out in the middle of the inquiry paper. After the study of the 1st chapter, the understanding of the tendency of the analysis paper was carried out in the third chapter. The first step is to change your mind and act accordingly.
