项目摘要

本研究の目的は、新たな孫を迎える祖父母の家族機能を高める学習プログラムを開発することである。これまで新たな孫を迎える母親の支援者として捉えられていた祖父母を主体者として捉えなおし、祖父母の家族機能を高める学習プログラムを実施し、2群間を比較する実験デザインである。具体的な研究項目は、１）新たな孫を迎える祖父母の家族機能の明確化、２）明確化した祖父母の家族機能を学習内容とし、学習プログラムの開発、３）開発した学習プログラムの検証である。本研究は祖父母を育児の「支援者」と捉えるのではなく、祖父母としての役割を発揮する「主体」と捉えた学習プログラムを開発する。今年度は、令和3年度に実施した乳幼児の孫を持つ祖父母2000名の健康関連QOLと影響要因の分析及び子供の親世代1000名を対象として祖父母による孫育児への加担状況に関する認識を調査した結果を分析した。それらの結果を踏まえ、祖父母のための学習プログラムを考案および研究プロトコールを検討した。乳幼児の孫を持つ祖父母の家族機能は、【孫の日常的な世話・ヘルスケア】【親夫婦の情緒的支援】【孫の人格形成】【自身の健康調和】の4因子であった。祖父母の健康関連QOL（SF-8）は標準以上の健康状態であった。身体的サマリースコア（PCS)および精神的サマリースコア（MCS）の結果より、祖父母にとり孫育児が身体的・精神的健康に影響していた。一方、親世代の半数は、子どもを預かってもらう、育児の相談に応じてもらっている、祖父母とは気兼ねなく何でも言える、関わってもらい助かる、依頼したら育児に加担してほしい、と認識していることが明らかになった。これら孫育児への関与に関連する祖父母および子供の親世代の認識の結果を踏まえ、祖父母のための学習プログラムを考案および研究プロトコールを検討した。現在、学習プログラムの媒体を作成、リクルート方法の調整中である。
