项目摘要

本研究は、学校での欠席データに学校の現状を考慮した上で、インフルエンザのまん延抑止の有効性を判断するための枠組みを持った数理モデルを構築し、学校での効果と効率性を分析・評価を試みる。さらに流行予測に基づく養護教諭の保健管理システムを検討することを目的とする。今年度（2022年度）は、次の2点について重点的に取り組んだ。（1）学級閉鎖を評価するために、高等学校での流行（欠席データ）をもとに、新たに感染症数理モデルを構築してシミュレーションを実施した結果から、高等学校における学級閉鎖の効果について定量的に示した。学級閉鎖の開始時期と閉鎖期間の組み合わせから最も効率よいタイミングを検討した。さらに、学校保健活動での有為な応用について考察した。（2）公立小学校養護教諭を対象に行った学級閉鎖に関する実態調査の統計解析を行った。分析結果から学級閉鎖の実態と課題、養護教諭の活動と学級閉鎖による児童生徒の心身への影響等を考察した。得られた研究結果は、国際学会で発表し、英語論文にまとめた。今後は、査読等による修正を行い、論文を完成させる予定である。また本研究結果をもとに、感染症数理モデルを活用した流行予測を、各学校の流行状況に応じて活用できる一般性のあるモデルへの拡張を試みる予定である。学校保健活動での有為な応用を検討するとともに、季節性インフルエンザに対応する養護教諭が行う保健管理システムの検討をさらに進める予定である。
