项目摘要

ピア・コーチングはピア(同年代や社会的立場が同じ人)と協働することで互いを高め合う教育方法であり、ピア・コーチングによって新しい知識とスキルが実践に統合され、看護師の実践が改善するとされている。本研究は、卒後２・３年目にある初期キャリア形成期の看護師におけるピア・コーチングと看護実践能力の関係性を明らかにすることを目的としている。この研究結果から、ピア・コーチングを用いた支援といった活用性への示唆を得ることができると考える。関係性を明らかにするために、１年間の期間をあけた縦断的調査（オンラインアンケート調査）を計画した。得られたデータを用いて、ピア・コーチングと看護実践能力の関係性を縦断的な視点から分析していく。2021年度に卒後２年目の看護師を対象に、１回目のオンラインアンケート調査を実施した。そのため、本年度（2022年度）は、１回目のオンラインアンケート調査に回答してくださった看護師の方に対して、２回目のオンラインアンケート調査を実施した。次年度は１回目と２回目の調査データを用いて、両概念の関係性を明らかにしていく予定である。その結果は、ピア・コーチングを用いた教育プログラムへの示唆が得られるなど、実践的意義があると考える。また、2021年度に１回目の調査結果の一部を分析して学術集会で発表しており、その内容について、現在、論文として執筆中である。この結果は、看護実践能力とピア・コーチングの関係を分析する際の基礎的資料となる。

The results are based on data from the analysis of the relationship between nursing practice and nursing practice.
