项目摘要

本年度の研究実績は以下の三点である。第一に、都立高校に在籍する移民生徒に関する学校アンケート調査（前年度実施）の分析が終了し、報告書を作成した。全日制・定時制・特別支援学校に分けて都立高校に在籍する移民生徒の現状を明らかにし、教育機会保障のための政策的提言を述べた。報告書は製本・印刷して行政、国会議員、都議会議員、研究者、NPO等に配布するとともに、東京大学学校教育高度化・効果検証センター（CASEER）のHPに掲載した。第二に、上記のアンケート調査報告書および分析中のインタビューデータにもとづく考察を、国内外の学会およびワークショップで発表した。国内では異文化間教育学会と日本教育学会でグループ報告を行った。UK-Japan Student Conferenceと東京大学―ストックホルム大学交流プログラムでは研究代表者がシンポジストとして登壇し、海外大学の学生も含めたオーディエンスから多様なフィードバックをもらった。また、一般向けには日立財団の多文化共生フォーラム、教養教育高度化機構シンポジウムに登壇し、関連する分野の研究者・実践者とのパネル対談を行った。第三に、コロナの規制緩和に伴って、3月下旬に韓国調査を実施した。移民生徒の教育にかかわる市民団体、ソウル市役所、ソウル市多文化教育センター、中央多文化教育センター、高麗大学内設置の家庭支援センターを訪問し、充実したインタビュー調査を行うことができた。また、高麗大学に所属する複数の教員と移民政策や移民支援、多様性推進について各国・各大学の状況を共有し、意見交換する貴重な機会を得た。

The research achievements of this year are as follows: First, the analysis and report of the survey on the immigration status of the students in the universities and colleges (implemented in the previous year) were completed.
