项目摘要

2022年度は、ロラン・バルトの1960年代後半から1980年までに発表されたテクストをもとに、エクリチュール概念の総合的な研究を行った。研究当初は、1970年代前半の言説を対象に限定していたが、研究を進めていくなかで、この概念が書き手の「主体／主観性」とともに変容していくことが認められた。そのため、2022年度は射程を広げ、とりわけ以下の2つの点に着目し研究を遂行した。（1）分裂する作者と人称代名詞の使用法にかんする研究：バルトが目指した〈散逸する断片としての作者〉が、いかにテクストに存在し得るのか検討するために、2つのテクスト（『ロラン・バルトによるロラン・バルト』、1975年；『恋愛のディスクール・断章、1977年）を対象に、そこにおける人称代名詞の使用法の分析を行った。その結果、バルトは、フロイト、ラカンの精神分析に示唆を受け、他者としての自己、あるいは自己における複数の他者というコンセプトを人称の機能に付与していたことが明らかになった。（2）愛や死、喪という個人的経験に結びついた情動を言語化するバルトの手法の研究：（1）で得られた成果を踏まえつつ、遺作『明るい部屋』（1980）を対象に、そこで用いられる人称代名詞にいかなる変化が見られるのか分析した。その結果、当該テクストで使用された一人称は、物語世界におけるバルトと、のちにそれを記すバルトという二重性（二つの主体と二つの時間軸）によって構成されていることが明らかになった。現実の作者とは似て異なる「エクリチュールの自己」を作り出すことで、バルトは自己自身を一種演劇化していたと言えよう。よって、バルトにとってのエクリチュール概念とは、テクストという舞台に自らを上げること、およびその上演としてのテクストを意味すると結論づけるに至った。この成果は３つの論文に結実し、現在はこれらをもとに、博士論文を執筆中である。
