本年度は、本研究課題において分析対象としている新約聖書公同書簡のうち、ユダ書簡と第二ペトロ書簡について、パウロ書簡とどのような間テクスト的関係にあるかを詳細に分析する作業に従事した。ユダ書簡という短い新約文書をパウロとの関係の中で捉えようとする試みは以前にも存在したが、広く合意を得るには至っていなかった。しかし今回の分析では、パウロの「天使」理解に対する批判がユダ書簡にはあるという、最近の学説に大きな蓋然性があることを確信するに至った。この点についてはもう少し分析が必要だが、2021年度に集中的に分析を試みたヤコブ書簡も、2022年度に取り扱い始めたユダ書簡も、「パウロ批判的」公同書簡という位置付けが可能であることが明らかになった。公同書簡のこのような、パウロ批判と結び付けての分析は、まったく新しい試みではないものの、公同書簡に属する4通の書簡が成立してきた事情をパウロの影響史という文脈の中で捉える理解は、日頃注目されることが少ないこれらの新約文書がもつ重要性を明らかにすることに大きく貢献するものである。同じくパウロの影響史という視点で第二ペトロ書簡をも理解できることは、第二ペトロ書簡の中にパウロ書簡への言及があるだけに、疑いがない。第二ペトロ書がユダ書を手本としつつ、しかしユダ書簡のパウロ批判的姿勢とはまったく逆の方向を向いていた「親パウロ的」文書として書かれたことは、（やはり親パウロ的である）第一ペトロ書簡に倣って「ペトロ」の名前をこの偽名文書が冠していることをうまく説明する。つまり、公同書簡はパウロの影響史の中で、反パウロ的流れ（ヤコブ、ユダ）と親パウロ的流れ（ペトロ）を反映しており、その両者の流れが衝突することによってこれらの偽名書簡が生まれてきたのだと推測される。次年度はこの点をさらに詳細に分析して、論証へと進めたい。
