项目摘要

令和４年度においても従前に引き続き社会国家概念とその歴史的実践についての検討を行った。本年度も変わらずコロナ禍の下で海外に出ることは叶わなかったが、既存の研究資料や研究文献等をもとに研究を進行させ、フランスの新自由主義者（ジャック・リュエフなど）との比較の視点も組み込みつつ、ドイツならではの事情に即したドイツ語圏における新自由主義の特質、リップマン・シンポジウム催行時のドイツ語圏の新自由主義、モンペルラン協会設立後のオイケン、レプケ、ハイエクらの志向と戦後西ドイツの政治への影響についての考察を行い、政治経済学・経済史学会2022年度秋季学術大会のパネルディスカッション「新自由主義の再審―『自由主義経済の真実』をてがかりに―」における基調報告を行った。また国内での社会国家・福祉国家研究にコミットしつつ、欧州発祥の介入主義的新自由主義の理解を深めた。本研究者が書評論文を著すことになる『近代家族の形成とドイツ社会国家』について、著者とともに研究会等で議論を重ね、その理解を深めた。またもう一点の書評となる坂井晃介『福祉国家の歴史社会学：19世紀ドイツにおける社会・連帯・補完性』については、社会政策学会第145回大会（2022年秋季）書評分科会において、当該著作を批評する基調報告と著者とのディスカッションを行い（それについてのペーパーは、学会誌『社会政策』第15巻第1号（通巻44号；2023年6月刊行予定）に掲載）、社会学の視点も組み込んだ今後の研究協力の下地を築いた。このほか、政治経済学・経済史学会福祉社会研究フォーラムを基軸として、子どもの権利の確立を通じた両大戦間期ドイツの社会国家性の検証を行い、この部面についての他国を対象とする研究者、異なるアプローチの研究者とともに議論を深めてきた。この成果については、今後共編著書を公刊することをめざしている。
