项目摘要

本研究は，人工知能(AI)の普及が国際貿易に与える影響について，主に経済理論的観点から解明することを目的とする．2022年度は，熟練労働者と非熟練労働者の移民が，送出国と受入国の経済成長に与える動学的影響に関する理論研究を実施し，学術紀要雑誌に論文を掲載した．この論文では，これまで頭脳流出として熟練労働者の海外移民を考察してきた枠組みを，非熟練労働者の移民に適用し，非熟練労働者の移民が送出国と受入国に与える影響が，必ずしも熟練労働者の移民とは反対の影響とはならないことを，説明した．この論文は，AIの普及に伴うオートメーション化が，代替的な非熟練労働者の仕事を奪い，補完的な熟練労働者の価値を高めることと説明するための前段階として，分析を行ったものである．このほか，世代重複モデルを用いて異時点間の状況を考慮し，資本移動のある2国間の社会厚生や経済成長を分析する研究に取り組み，共同研究者と共著で書籍を出版することができた．動学マクロ経済学の観点から，人口減少が年金制度に与える影響について考慮した理論研究を書籍の形でまとめたものである．この本の中のいくつかの章では，異質な個人が存在する場合の利他性の問題を考察する研究に取り組んでいる．AI導入が異質な個人にどのような影響をもたらすかを考察するための前段階の分析として執筆した論文である．しかしながら，AI導入が熟練・非熟練労働者の技能形成に与える影響を分析するモデル作りは，現在進行途中であり，この点で，今年度残された大きな研究課題である．さらに，企業間で市場競争が行われる産業組織論的文脈で，AI導入が組織のマネジメントや市場競争，人的資本形成に与える影響についても研究を進め，いくつかの査読付き雑誌への掲載を含む研究成果を出すことができた．こうした研究実績を，本研究テーマに沿った形で，研究成果として結実させることが，今年度の研究の課題である．
