项目摘要

引き続き報告者がすでに入手していた、17世紀末の「ベルリン・フランス人教区の陳情書と選帝侯の回答書並びにドイツ住民の意見書」の分析を行った。しかしながら、渡独による史料調査が困難な状況の中で、一定の結論を導き出すのが困難な状況には変わりはなく、研究の進捗は非常に遅れていると言わざるを得ない。そうしたなか、2023年に入り急速に渡航にともなう規制や障害が減じられており、次年度の現地調査を効率よく進めるべく課題を明確化することに専念しているのが現状である。また、プロイセンやドイツ語圏に先がけて、フランスにおける絶対主義概念の見直し・再考をめぐる研究が進展し、前年度より我が国の中でもこれらに注目する業績が紹介されている。そこで、本年度は、ドイツ語圏に限定しない絶対主義をめぐる議論を参照しつつ、ブランデンブルク＝プロイセンにおける領邦君主の権限、在地の中間権力（在地貴族、都市当局など）との関係を整理し、フランス系改革派住民を取り込むことによる君主側のメリットとディメリットを再考した。そうすることで、領邦君主＝ドイツ系地元臣民＝フランス系改革派移民のトライアングルの中で、領邦君主とフランス系改革派移民の関係ならびにドイツ系地元臣民とフランス系改革派移民との関係に重点を置いてきた報告者のこれまでの研究に修正を加え、最終年度に集中的に行う予定のドイツにおける史料調査の結果を速やかに結論に活かせるよう準備に努めた。
