Coordinating central project of the Research Unit

The central project (CP) of CONTROL-T was set up in the first funding period to coordinate the scientific activities of all participants in the network of the research unit. The main role of the CP is to stimulate structured interactions of all participants. Furthermore, the CP organizes internal workshops as well as open-access conferences of the FOR1961. Besides fruitful annual internal meetings, there was a highly constructive conference held in Frankfurt in April 2016 bringing leading experts in the field of mature T cell lymphomas together (Herling et al., 2016). Through the CP, we launched a website of the consortium facilitating public relations. The funding applied for in CP is essential to support our internal meetings including bilateral work group meetings, the presentation of research results to the public, a scientific symposium at the end of the second funding period, the publication costs, and other organizational issues.
