本研究は、在宅ホスピスケアを受ける終末期がん患者に対する訪問看護師のケアを評価する「在宅ホスピスナーシングケア尺度」の開発とケアの実践に関連する要因を分析し、在宅ホスピスケアにおける課題を検討することを目的としている、令和４年度は、令和２～３年度に実施したアイテムプールの作成のための自由記述調査で得られたデータを整理し、80項目の在宅ホスピスナーシングケア尺度原案を作成した。次に、尺度原案の内容妥当性の検討のため、在宅ホスピスケアのスペシャリストである訪問看護認定看護師、がん看護専門看護師、在宅看護学の研究者の合計５名に各項目の適切性を問う質問紙調査を実施した。調査の結果から、各項目の適切性の評価、項目の削除および追加、Content Validity Indexの算出による尺度原案の内容妥当性の検討に着手している。令和５年度は尺度原案修正版を用いた、本調査を実施し、尺度の開発および関連する要因の検討を進めていく。

This study aims to analyze the main causes of the development and practice of the in-house nursing standards at the end of the study and to discuss the objectives of the study in the fourth year. In the second and third years of this year, the free description survey was carried out to prepare the original standard for 80 items. Next, the evaluation of the appropriateness of the original content of the standard, the selection of the home nursing, the interview of the nursing certified nurse, the nursing home nurse, and the research of the home nursing were carried out. Investigation results, evaluation of relevance of each item, deletion and addition of items, calculation of Content Validity Index, and evaluation of content validity of the original project The revised version of the original standard was used in 2005, the investigation was carried out, the development of the standard and the discussion of the main causes were carried out.
