项目摘要

本研究課題で海外所蔵資料の分析や現地調査は根幹を成すが，COVID-19の影響で海外調査は全て断念せざるを得なかった。そこで，今年度は国内所蔵資料の調査と国内書店や図書館の資料入手を先行した。こうした作業によって海外資料調査をスムーズに分析できる入念な準備ができた。また、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大の影響により、本研究計画について変更を行った。変更点としては、国内現存文献、統計データ等といった資料を収集することを通し、政府の補助金の運用における最新事例の整理に軸足を移した。加えて、コロナの影響による、オンラインしかできない台湾の大学の取組や学生に与える様々なの課題整理に注力することとした。そこで、研究成果の一部として台湾政府が行ったコロナ対策と大学生への経済支援の概略を報告した。まず、台湾政府は簡素な仕組みで迅速かつ的確に学生への支援を行った。台湾は地政学的な点から国際情勢に敏感であり、学生や保護者、大学自体も同様に国際情勢や社会変化に対して敏感である。今回の新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、特定の学術分野に注目が集まるようになった。例えば。プラットフォーム経済／ビジネスと長距離通信等の研究分野は、コロナ禍によって大きな発展を遂げた。これらを成立させる要因は情報技術であり、産業界からビッグデータ、E-commerce、デジタルマーケティングの技術を持った人材の高いニーズが求められている。そのため情報マネジメント、応用数学、マルチメディアに注目が集まり、学科／学問領域としては、情報工学、電機工学、通信工学などの人気が高まっている。そこで、今年度は、コロナ禍における学生側と大学側の変化及び行動（特に大学側が政府の競争的特別資金を獲得し、新しい研究センターの設置や組織再編など）についてまとめた。
