2022年度も引き続き、訪問看護師の倫理的行動の解明に向けた質的分析を継続して行った。訪問看護師を対象に収集した倫理的行動に関する記述を、Berelson,B.の方法論を参考にした看護教育学における内容分析(舟島なをみ：看護教育学研究　発見・創造・証明の過程　第3版、204-236、医学書院、2020)を用いた分析に取り組んだ。無作為抽出した全国の訪問看護ステーションに依頼し、承諾の得られた66施設に勤務する訪問看護師226名に質問紙を配布し、167名より返送があった。このうち、訪問看護師の倫理的行動を問う質問に回答があった137部と、機縁法により収集した20部を追加し、分析対象とした。2022年度は、共同研究者とともに分析結果の検討会議を行った。検討の結果、類似する記録単位を集約できていないことや、カテゴリ名の置き換えが適切でないなどの課題があり、分析を継続した。これらの指摘について十分に修正できておらず、訪問看護師の倫理的行動を表すカテゴリになっていないことが課題であった。訪問看護師の倫理的行動を表すカテゴリは、開発を目ざす自己評価尺度の質問項目の基盤となることから、精度の高いカテゴリを産出する必要がある。そのため、分析結果を繰り返し検討し、精度の高いカテゴリを産出する必要がある。2023年度は質的分析を終了し、訪問看護師の倫理的行動を表すカテゴリを産出する。得られたカテゴリを用いて質問項目の作成と尺度化を行い、質問紙の信頼性・妥当性の評価を行う。
