本年度（2022年度）は、昨年度に引き続き、新型コロナウイルスの影響でインドネシアへの渡航ができなかった。そのためジャカルタ全域のマクロ分析を行うとともに、1950年代から70年代のジャカルタの開発史を整理した。マクロ分析については、新たに農務・空間計画省／国土庁（ATR/BPN）が公開するジャカルタの地価公示価格データをGISに取り込み、これまでのデータと統合した。以前に実施したジャカルタ州政府へのインタビュー調査によれば、この価格は土地建物税の算出に用いられ、例えば、都心の大通り沿いの土地と、その裏手のカンポンが広がる土地とで価格を変えるなどの調整が行われており、実際の市場価格とは異なる。これを昨年度までに整備した類型別の居住環境の分布や村落潜在性データ（PODES）や人口センサスデータと組み合わせて、地価とカンポンの関係から再開発リスクの高いカンポンなどを分析した。また、これまでに過去に用いられた地価公示価格を取得しており、それらをデータ化して、経年変化の分析作業を進めている。一方、カンポンの撤去の要因の一つは建築や土木の大型開発である。そこで、ジャカルタ州内における戦後の開発史を整理した。さらに、インドネシア国内で主に日本企業が関係した開発について、敷地の決定や土地取得のプロセスを当時の関係者などにインタビュー調査した。土地取得は現地政府が実施するが、土木開発においては、土地取得の難航や住宅撤去の反対運動によるプロジェクトの遅延があったことが確認された。また、これに関連して、スハルト体制期に開発が進んだ都心部の金融街（通称ゴールデン・トライアングル）のカンポンに関する共同研究の申し出がインドネシア大学の協力研究者からあり、準備を進めている。当該地区はカンポンが広範にわたり撤去された場所だと申請者のこれまでの分析で明らかになっており、撤去や存続の要因が考察できる。
