项目摘要

社会的学習の場において「効率的に情報集約を達成するためのメカニズムは何か」というテーマについて，クラウドファンディング・プラットフォームを題材に研究をすすめた．この研究では「利用者たちの投資行動に関する情報をほかの利用者にどう伝達するべきか」について理論研究を行ない，オールオアナッシング型のクラウドファンディングメカニズムにおいて，「各投資家が他の投資家の行動についてどれだけ観察できるか」によって，群集行動が生じるかがされることを示したものである．とくに，自分より前の投資家による選択の歴史が全て観察できる際にはカスケードが発生するいっぽうで（Cong and Xiao (2019)），自分より前に投資をした人の数だけが観察できるケースにおいては群集行動が発生しないことを示した．本研究は，「Information Cascades in a Crowdfunding Platform」という題名の論文として書き上げ、英文校正を経て学術誌に投稿できる状態に仕上げることができた。また，情報デザインのアイデアを応用することを想定し，主にインターネット上での個人情報の取引を分析対象とした「情報マーケット」の分野について，松島斉教授主催のオークション・マーケットデザイン・フォーラムの場を借りて研究を行った．また，2019 Asian Meeting of the Econometric Societyにおいても情報デザインに関する最先端の研究を把握することができた．
