项目摘要

Improvement of teaching practice program in unverisity level is very important theme for teacher education. Based upon the research and finding of teaching practice in teacher Education,and application of microteach- ing methodology,this Research is research and development on classroom simulattion system that are analogi- cal situations of classroom activities.1. Design of Clasroom Simulation System's Hardware and Video terminal and interface of the system,the sim- ulation language and the software were developed.2. Based upon design of the hardware and the software,Coarseware and program in pre-teaching practice for classroom simulation are developed as follow.(1) Classroom observation technique and instructional behaviours(2) Structure of teacher decision making in classroom activity were producted. And 1,200 Vedeo-taped classroom activbities were recorded with cooperation of schhol teachers.3. Teaching skills training programs are focused on (1) higher cognitive skills (2) method course,linked teacher dicision making process,and "Assessment Methodology of Teaching Behaviou Sequences" for a pre- dicte dbehavour in teaching process,and these textbook for training programs were developed.
提高非师范教育实习质量是教师教育的重要课题。本研究是在教师教育教学实践的研究和发现的基础上,运用微格教学方法,研究和开发模拟课堂活动情境的课堂模拟系统.教室仿真系统的硬件设计、视频终端设计、系统界面设计、仿真语言设计和软件设计.在硬件和软件设计的基础上,开发了课堂模拟教学的教学前实践大纲和程序。(1)课堂观察技术与教学行为(2)教师课堂活动决策的结构。并在学校教师的配合下录制了1,200次录像课堂活动。教学技能培训项目的重点是(1)高级认知技能;(2)方法课程;联系教师的决策过程;
