项目摘要

令和3年度に引き続き、令和4年度も2020年と2021年に実施された、第109・第110回看護師国家試験、および第106回・第107回保健師国家試験で使用された、カタカナ看護用語の分析をおこなった。まず、国内で出版されている文献を用いて、日本で使用されているカタカナ語の定義を確認した。続いて、海外で出版されている文献で語源となっている用語の定義を確認し、国内の定義と比較した上で、データベースに記載する定義を決定した。また相違点や使用上の注意点など、特筆すべき点があると判断した場合は注釈を作成した。次に英語でコミュニケーションをとる際は、どのような表現が適切か、各看護領域の専門書なども参照しながら、英文用例を作成した。最後に、見出し語・和名・英名・タイプ・語形・定義・用例・国試問題番号など、収集した情報を網羅したデータベースをExcelファイルで作成した。
