项目摘要

本研究は、新たな生活・労働様式の中で従業員のWell-beingを高める要因や行動について明らかにすることが目的である。2022年度は、「企業の特色や健康経営、CSR等での健康づくり活動の現状分析」とともに、コロナ禍での従業員の働き方の現状や、変化等について企業（メーカー）の産業医、産業保健師などのヒアリングから情報収集を行った。その結果、健康経営に対する認知や実践はあっても、現実としては検診の推進や感染症対策、メンタルヘルス対策を中心とした、疾病管理や支援が中心であることが示唆された。企業側としても長引コロナ禍の現状から、ポジティブヘルスの発想により、できる活動等を模索して展開していたが、やはりイベントなどの集団でのアプローチは制限があり、健康経営の展開に困難を抱いている企業や事業所が多い現状が明らかとなった。一方で、リモートワークの推奨から家庭内での仕事と生活とのバランスについて「家族でのコミュニケーションが増えた」というプラス面とともに、仕事と家庭（公私）の区別がつきづらく、効率的実施できない業務が明確になるなど、マイナス面も示された。さらに、感染症対策の影響から、コミュニケーション不足から生じるメンタルヘルスの問題や、新入社員に対する教育の困難さなどの課題が示された。また、健康に対する考え方・捉え方となる「健康観」については、「病気がないこと」のみならず「前向きに生きること」「幸せなこと」「家庭円満であること」など、精神的・社会的健康観の多様性もみられる傾向がある。健康経営の実態については、業種や規模による現状の違いや課題が異なっており、今後も領域を増やしたヒアリングの必要性が示された。
