项目摘要

本研究では，デジタル化の進展や交通政策の新たな論点を踏まえて，新興国における都市鉄道整備の効果に関する実証分析を行うことを目的としている．初年度は，新興国大都市において適用可能な鉄道整備効果の分析手法の検討と鉄道利用者調査の計画を行った．まず，都市鉄道整備による個人・地域レベルアクセシビリティの変化に関する分析手法を検討した．具体的には，所得階層・世帯構成に着目した交通行動モデルを推定し，東京都市圏における特定の鉄道プロジェクトを対象にして実際に利用者便益の算出を試みた．本分析の結果，引き続きモデル改善の余地はあるものの，所得階層と世帯構成に分類したモデルの一定の利用可能性が示された．また，東京都市圏の鉄道通勤者を対象として，テレワーク・在宅勤務と交通行動に関する分析を行った (Abe, et al., 2023)．以上の分析で得られた知見を，新興国大都市の鉄道利用者を対象にした調査・分析の設計に活用するとともに，鉄道利用行動の国際比較のための基礎資料としても用いる．次に，マニラ首都圏を対象にして，交通行動に関する学術論文や鉄道整備プロジェクト等のレビューを行った上で，鉄道利用者を対象とする調査の検討を行った．本調査では，本研究のこれまでの分析で得られた知見や着眼点を踏まえた上で鉄道利用者の属性や交通行動などを把握する．調査の依頼状（ウェブ回答方式）は鉄道駅において配布する計画である．

This study aims to explore the development of urban railway construction and the new problems of urban railway construction in Xingguo. In the beginning of this year, the analysis method of railway preparation effect applicable to urban areas in emerging countries and the implementation of railway user survey plan were discussed.
