项目摘要

1. 目的と背景複合的に思考し、高次の言語技術を用いて表現する能力を育成するため、小論文を核として、高校生に「現代文B」の実践を行うとともに、「評価」に重点をおいて、効果的な指導のありかたを追究した。2. 具体的内容(1) 年間カリキュラムへの小論文指導の位置づけ全5回の定期考査に「小論文」の時間を設け、授業と関連のある内容を出題した。(2) ルーブリックによる評価小論文を、ルーブリック(「尺度」と「記述語」からなる評価基準票)で評価した。見通しを生徒にもたせ、多くの生徒の小論文を同じ基準で評価するとともに、適切なフィードバックを行うことができた。(3) ルーブリックによる評価の教育効果測定および、よりよいルーブリックへの改訂年度はじめの小論文を、テキスト分析ソフト「KH-coder」で分析した結果、①書き手の世界認識の「ありよう」には大きな個人差がある、②書かれた内容は「学校文脈」の影響を強く受けている、ことがわかった。これを受け、育てたい高校生像を「切実で本質的な自身の問いをもって、世界をより広く/深く認識しようとする生徒」とした。これに伴い、ルーブリックに「切実で本質的な自身の問いをもっているか」という観点を新たに設定し、高い評価を得た生徒の作品を生徒全員に紹介して、そのよさを共有する機会をもった。設定後すぐの考査と、その次の考査を比較したところ、この項目で高い評価を得た生徒は46人から75人に増加し、低い評価にとどまった生徒は、55人から10人に減少した。3. 成果と課題成果…小論文指導におけるルーブリックの有用性を確認した。生徒の思考・表現における重要な要素のひとつに「切実で本質的な自身の問いの有無」があることを発見した。課題…小論文の内容と、それぞれに最適なルーブリックの関係については、検証不足である。
