本年度は、昨年度に入力作業を行った、データベース(農地利用関係)を、利用し、都市農地の利用状況を分析した。その結果、農村部と都市部に共通して農地の作業委託の要求が多く、また受託組織の必要性が大きいことがわかった。そこで、主に農村において認定されている、特定農業法人の土地集積機能を都市農地の保全及び有効利用の為に生かせないか検討した。また、その視点での調査を行った。研究実績の概要作成時点では、最終的な分析が終わっていないが、できるだけ近いうちに結果を公表する予定である。
