本研究は,動的交通情報に関する定量的評価システムの構築を目的としていた.特に,利用経路に関する出発地選択モデルと経路変更モデルをシミュレーションに組み込み,個々人の提供情報に対する反応を明示的に考慮可能な評価システムの構築を目指している.本年度は以下の手順に従い,ドライバーの経路選択行動モデル構築ならびにシミュレーションによる情報提供の影響評価を行った.1) 平成9年度に収集した屋内実験データを利用して,出発時経路選択モデルと走行途中の利用経路変更モデルを構築した.主として非集計行動モデルの考え方に基づくモデルであり,経路選択機構における各説明要因(例えば,経路選択時の提供情報への依存の程度等)のウェイトを明らかにできるものとして構築した.ドライバーのネットワークに関する知識量によりセグメント分けを行い,各々について経路選択モデルの推定を行った.その結果,ネットワークに関する知識が相対的に乏しい被験者に,渋滞情報の様な情報メッセージの詳細度の点で劣る情報を提供すると,被験者が情報に対して過剰反応する等の知見を得ている.2) 既に開発済みの情報提供の影響評価のための動的交通シミュレーションシステムに,上記1)で得られた経路選択モデルを組み込み,ネットワークフローの点から情報提供の影響の定量的評価を試みた.ネットワーク上を走行しているドライバーの知識量の分布状況を把握することは難しいので,ここではネットワークに対する知識量を体系的に想定して,シナリオ型のシミュレーションを実施した.提供情報の種類・メッセージの詳細度を体系的に変化させてシミュレーションを実施し,その計算結果を踏まえて,高度交通情報システムが有する正負とものポテンシャルを明らかした.
