倫理的価値規範の形成過程のモデル化のうち,昨年度は共同体のリーダーのメンバーへの最初の働きかけから規範が形成されていく過程のモデル化を行ったが,今年度は,形成された規範が親の躾として子どもに倫理的規範として内面化されていく基本的メカニズムをゲーム理論モデルとして構築し,8月に京都大学,小樽商科大学との経済理論合同ワークショップで発表した。また,前年度に課題として残された社会的ネットワークと規範形成の関係について,近年物理学などの自然科学分野で急速な発展を遂げているネットワークの科学の研究成果と,ゲーム理論の分野で研究が盛んになりつつあるネットワーク形成ゲームの研究動向をサーベイし,両者の補完的関係,倫理的規範形成モデルへの応用可能性について考察し,本年1月号の「経済学研究(北海道大学)」に発表した。この論文におけるネットワーク・モデルでは,個人(個々のノード)の利得とネットワーク全体の厚生を目安としてネットワークのパフォーマンスを議論しているが,社会的ネットワークを共同体の経済的社会的成功のための社会的関係資本(social capital)と捉えると,共同体内部のネットワーク,共同体と外部とのネットワークという二つの視点から考察しなければならない。このアイディアは社会的規範形成の出発点としてモデル化した昨年度の共同体モデルとの統合へ発展する可能性を持っている。今年度実施した米国での地域開発支援NPOのコンサルタントや研究者に対するインタビュー調査では,実際の地域共同体の経済的自立における社会的ネットワークの具体的役割についての知見を得ることが出来た。この成果は,上術の本研究での理論的研究成果をさらに深化させ,また倫理的規範の社会的役割や規範のダイナミクスといった新たな研究への足がかりにもなるものである。
