项目摘要

2007年度には、昨年度に続き、囚人のジレンマゲーム、最後通告ゲーム、独裁者ゲームなどを中心とした実験ゲーム研究を実施し、その中で、一方的免責ゲームという新しいゲームの開発を行った。その結果、これまで社会的罰として理解されてきた通常の免責ゲームにおける拒否行動の理由が、自己イメージの維持という極めて心理学的なものであることが明らかにされた。また、囚人のジレンマゲームを用いた研究では、利得表情での視線の動きを観察することでゲームプレイヤーがどのような情報を用いて意思決定を行っているかを明らかにするための方法の改良を進め、囚人のジレンマに関する情報の提示順序がプレイヤーの意思決定の内容と、意思決定に至る情報探索の経路の違いをもたらすことを明らかにした。さらに、最後通告ゲームにおけるプレイヤーが、提案者の役割を果たしている場合と、対応者の役割を果たしている場合に、それぞれ意思決定の前後に示す感情の分析を、FACsと呼ばれる表情分析方法を用いて進めることで、最後通告ゲームにおける拒否行動が、これまでの行動を用いただけの研究において想定されてきたような、単純な怒りの感情に駆動されたものでもなく、また、公正な結果の実現から効用を得ているという説明が不十分であることを明らかにした。この分析はまだ進行中であり、今後さらに、これまで公正追求行動として理解されてきた行動の背後にある心理メカニズムを明らかにする方向での研究の進展につながるものと考えている。
