この研究は単年度計画であり、成果のまとめを除いては計画どおり進抄した。以下の実施計画に従って実績を記述する。1.システム多重構造表現のためのプログラムの作成(1)システム・アプローチのための手法の概観と試行(2)上記(1)の結果をもとに構造分析用プログラムを開発した。(3)(2)のプログラムを用いて、国際規格を技術移転のコアとする認知モデルを構築し、これによって発展途上国の技術開発における国際規格の役割概念を明らかにした。なお、このモデル分析においてはいわゆるISO-9000シリーズを具体的な国際規格として想定している。本項に関連して、統計・資料の調査を実施した。2.DYNAMOプログラムの作成とシュミレーションの実施従来からの研究代表者及び分担者の知識を整理し、かつこの分析において経験を積んでいる研究者2名の専門知識の提供を受け、以下の成果を挙げた。(1)ダイナモコンパイラに関する既存技術法の検証(2)システム多重構造表現に関する前項の成果を利用し、簡単な例について、構造因子間の関係を多変累解析技法によって推定し、技術移転の効果を例えば技術貿易指標、生産量に対する輸出量比などの指標の変化を観察しうるモデルを構築した。3.今後の深題技術移転に関する分析手法の背格はほぼ完成した。今後は、技術移転の成果を示すよりパラメターを探し、統計資料を活用した具体的研究を実行したい。
