项目摘要

子どもに関する研究は、近年、教育学、民俗学のみならず、広範な学問分野で注目されつつある研究項目である。特に、子ども観の研究は、教育的な見地の色濃い従来の児童観の視点を越え、社会における人間存在そのものを照射しうる視点として、多方面で重視され、様々な研究成果が得られている。しかし、その多くは欧米、日本を対象とし、中国に関するものは極めて少ない。本研究は、ほぼ未開拓に等しい中国の子ども観研究の第一歩として、民国初期における子ども観の諸相、及びその思想的特色を考察したものである。具体的には、子どもに深い関心と愛情を抱いた文学者魯迅の思想家としての側面に着目し、その思想的特質を分析し、同時代の子ども観との比較により、中国における近代的子ども観形成の一端を明らかにした。そこでの成果は次の通りである。1.魯迅の子ども観に関する資料収集と主要分析はほぼ整った。特に、五四時期に家庭改革論として提出された「子女解放論」は、魯迅の子ども観と社会変革思想が一体となった独自の見解である。その特質は、当時の他の子ども観との比較考察により明確となる為、当時の家庭論など関係諸資料を収集し、基本分析を行った。家庭論関係の成果は、近い将来、発表する予定である。またこの問題は、魯迅が中国社会変革の具体案を持ちえなかったとする一般説に対する異論を提示しており、魯迅研究自体にも新たな問題を提起している。2.梁啓超、蔡元培、胡適の子ども観に関する資料を収集、整理し、その基本的特色を分析した。3.1、2で収集した資料に拠り、近代中国における子ども観研究の為の目録作成に着手し、現在進行中である。今後は、中国における子ども観研究に不可欠な伝統的家族観、生命観の理論的研究、欧米、日本の研究成果との比較考察を進め、近代中国の子ども観、及び子どもに重点を置く家族論の社会思想史的考察を行う予定である。
