本研究課題は、18世紀後半に最大版図を獲得した清朝の内陸アジア支配の形成と拡大の過程をアムド（東北チベット）における支配の確立過程に着目して考察し、清朝の帝国支配の動態を探究することを目的とする。本年度は特に以下の２点の研究に取り組んだ。第一に、清朝がアムドのモンゴルに適用した盟旗制の実施とその後の調整の実態の解明である。この研究には、「軍機処満文録副奏摺」等の档案（公文書）史料での記述を、『大清会典』等の編纂史料と比較して分析した。その結果、アムドでの盟旗制の適用においては、モンゴル勢力の清朝への服属時に生じたロブサン=ダンジンの反乱の影響により、（１）牧地の北の境界が南に移動し、境界以北に遊牧した首長は移動を強いられ、（２）生活環境の変化に適応できなかった首長らは清朝に牧地の移動を求め、従来の牧地に比較的近い土地へと再配置されたことを明らかにした。そのうえで、盟旗制の適用後にこのような移動を経たにもかかわらず、従来の研究ではそれを把握できておらず、また各旗の旗界の地名や旗の配置に関する情報が官撰史料においても錯綜していることを見出した。続いて、アムドのチベット社会における土司制や寺院管理の実態の解明である。この研究には、「軍機処満文録副奏摺」や『乾隆朝満文寄信档訳編』にて関連する档案を調査するとともに、2016年12月28日から2017年1月4日にかけて中国青海省に赴き、青海省博物館やチベット仏教寺院にて現地調査を実施し、現地で出版されている書籍等を収集・分析した。以上の個別具体的な研究に加えて、内陸アジア史全体の研究動向と研究の問題点を整理し、上述の研究成果を清朝史・内陸アジア史に位置付けるための予備的作業を並行して進めた。その成果の一部は、『史学雑誌』126編5号に「2016年の歴史学界－回顧と展望：内陸アジア（二）」として掲載予定である。

This research includes investigation and analysis of related files in "Deputy Memorial of Military Documents and Records" and "Compilation of Qianlong Dynasty Documents and Letters". December 28, 2016 to January 4, 2017 were collected and analyzed in China, Qinghai Province, Qinghai Province Museum, local investigation, implementation of local research and publication of books in local temples.
