As a first year coming back to Japan from US, I was able to establish infrastructure for my research activities. Some of the early results are reflected in an article "Errors at the top of the hierarchy" included Errors in Organizations and an English strategic management textbook, The core of strategic management. Based on the research results, I was able to make a presentation of "Impression management in cross-border acquisitions at Strategic Management Society meeting in November 2011. Besides, the research developed a foundation to extend my research project regarding the break-up of M & A activities of Japanese companies.

作为从美国回到日本的第一年，我能够为我的研究活动建立基础设施。早期的一些成果反映在《组织中的错误》（Errors in Organizations）和英语战略管理教科书《战略管理的核心》（the core of strategic management）中。基于研究成果，我在2011年11月的战略管理学会会议上发表了题为“跨国收购中的印象管理”的演讲。此外，该研究为我关于日本企业并购活动拆分的研究项目的延伸奠定了基础。
