项目摘要

本研究は、「ヨーロッパ言語共通参照枠（以下CEFR）」の国内における本格的な英語教育への適用例である「CEFR-Jプロジェクト」で構築した言語教育資源をベースにして、主要なCEFR が意図した EU 圏内の言語だけでなく，CEFR準拠資料の足りないアジア言語や少資源言語の外国語教育資料をCEFR-J準拠で統一的に構築・整備する手法を提案し、各言語共通の汎用シラバスで全言語資料を適切な CEFR-J レベルに配置し、それに基づく個別言語のCEFR-Jレベルを推定する Can Do テストを開発する。2022年度は、専攻言語25言語で Can Do テストのリーディング・セクションの問題作成・チェックを行い、かつ、Pre-A1 から B2.2 までの Can Do ２０個分の問題 20セットをコンピューター・システムに実装を試みた。多言語による文字コードの問題や、CEFR レベルを均一にするための質的な確認などが各言語で必要なため、膨大な時間をデータ実装とその内容チェックの確認作業に費やした。さらに各言語で、教育利用を前提とした教育用テキストのコーパス構築を行い、web サーバー経由でコーパス検索システムを共有した。年度末には、試験的に学部専攻言語の28言語対象にコース内容の設計を行い、初級（A1レベル）を対象に実施し、コース対象者の受講アンケートやCan Do テストによるパフォーマンス・テストを行い、効果検証データを採取した。これらの分析を踏まえて、次年度は内容を改良し、学部全体に実施予定である。
