Development of New School System for Depopulation Area

本研究旨在分析人口减少地区学校环境改善所面临的挑战。主要研究结果如下：1。日本北部大部分县在义务教育阶段的学校融合方面表现优异。高中教育改革的规划总体上促进了学校的结构调整。本研究的主要政策启示是：小学与初中依附、初中与高中依附、教师与其他学校的合作依附等方面的有效性和可行性。

This study aims to analyze the challenge for the improvement of school environment in the depopulation area. The main findings are as follows;1. Most of the prefectures in northern part of Japan have high performance of the integration of schools in compulsory education.2. The planning of the reform in senior high education generally promotes the restructuring of the schools.3. The main policy implications of the study are the effectiveness and feasibleness of attaching elementary school and junior high school, attaching junior high school and senior high school, the teacher's collaboration with the other school attaching and so on.
