Progress of the school facilities improvement in the school enrollment decrease period and evaluation of the result of the improvement judging from school administration

本研究分析了近25年来义务教育阶段学校设施改进政策的发展趋势，并通过市教育局的问卷调查，对学校设施状况进行了梳理。问卷调查结果显示，教师并不一定欣赏为指导方法等多样化而构建的开放式课堂。这些案例研究表明，必须设置一个部门教室系统特有的学校管理条件，以便初中的系统能够发挥作用。

This study analyzed the trend of the school facilities improvement policy in compulsory education of the past quarter of century, and clarified the situation of school facilities by inventory survey for municipal board of education. The questionnaire findings showed that teachers did not necessarily appreciate it for an open plan classroom built for the diversification such as guidance methods. The case studies clarified that it was essential for a condition of school administration peculiar to a departmentalized classroom system to be set so that the system in the junior high school functioned.
