项目摘要

本研究班は、昭和63年度より平成2年度まで3年間継続された重点領域研究「チトクロ-ムPー450の分子生物学」の研究成果の取りまとめを行うことを目的として組織された。この目的にそって下記のような作業を行なった。1.平成3年6月15日に大阪で班会議を開き、3年間の重点領域研究の研究成果の評価を行なうとともに研究成果の取りまとめ方法について討議した。その結果、10月に予定されている文部省での研究終了ヒアリングのための「研究経過報告書」を作成するとともに、3年間の重点領域研究班班員全員の発表論文を適当な書籍体にまとめて印刷して「研究成果報告書」とすることにした。これら作業は研究代表者が中心になって行ない、必要に応じて今後も小人数の会合を開くこととした。2.8月から9月にかけて、重点領域研究班班員全員から発表論文の表、論文の別刷などの研究成果資料の提出を受け、まず発表論文の表を収録した「研究経過報告書」を作成して文部省に提出し、研究代表者と研究班員森島教授が10月21日に研究終了ヒアリングを受けた。3.「研究成果報告書」は、重点領域研究班員全員の名簿と発表論文の表に各班員の代表的な研究業績を記載した発表論文1篇の別刷をとりまとめて書籍体とし、平成4年3月に120部の印刷を終了した。「研究成果報告書」は文部省に提出するとともに、班員全員に配布し、かつ国内の関連分野の代表的な研究者と海外のチトクロ-ムPー450分野の代表的な研究者に送付した。4.「研究報告書」とは別に、重点領域研究班の17名が寄稿して英文書「Cytochrome Pー450」を刊行することとし、研究代表者が編集者となって、講談社サイエンティフィクとドイツのVCH社から刊行する作業を進めることとなり、平成4年夏には刊行予定である。

This research class has been focusing on the research of molecular biology of P-450 in the past three years. The goal is to keep track of the work. 1. The Osaka Conference was held on June 15, 2003, and the results of research in key areas during the past three years were evaluated. In October, the Ministry of Education decided to publish the "Research Report" and the "Research Report" of the key research team in the past three years. This is the first time that a small number of people have joined forces. 2.8 On September 21, 2011, all members of the research team in key fields submitted their papers, submitted their research results data, and received their reports. The "Research Report" was prepared and submitted by the Ministry of Education. The research representative and Professor Morishima received their research results on October 21. 3.
