项目摘要

映像データーベース構築のアルゴリズムの開発1.社会調査結果の映像化データーベースとして、調査終了後のデータを保存し、必要に応じて調査項目を検索のキーワードとしたとき、その反応結果をビジュアルに取り出すことの出来るデーダーベース構築のためのアルゴリズムを研究した。2.ファジィ理論を用いてデーダーベースを構築するためのアルゴリズムを試案した。あいまいな情報から対話形式により、検索内容を当初の意図へと絞り込むことの可能なシステムであり、ファジィ演算を用いることにより、幅広い検索が可能となった。3.各種のファジィ演算の過程をプログラミングし、モジュールとして体系化した。4.画像処理の他の方法として似顔絵で顔の特徴を抽出し、画像の線画化と言語による表現を用いる方法を考案した。教育場面における映像データーベースの応用1.森欧外を中心とした明治期の文学を題材にして、ビデオディスクとコンピュータを統合したインタラクティブな教材「文京文学館」を作成した。この教材は「文京ゆかりの文人たち」という映画の文脈を背景としながら、ビデオディスクに乗せた映画そのものと、映画の内容に関連してそれらを発展させる情報を、静止画や地図、音声、文字等の多様なシンボル・システムを用いて統合したものである。2.中学校理科の学習に役立つことをめざし、力学分野の事象とプロセスを学習するための教材「サイエンス・ハイパーキューブ」を作成した。3.さまざまな交通の状況に関する映像やアニメーションを、統計資料などと合わせて提示するハイパーメディア教材システム「交通安全教育」を作成し、歩行者の立場、自転車の立場、自動車の運転手の立場から、システム内の情報を探索しつつ、交通事故の原因や交通ルールについて学習する模範授業を小学校4年生を対象として実施し、データーベースの教育場面における応用について考察した。
