Re-verification of the nursing technical skiles which accompanies the change of the hygienic medical care which utilizes the education media and construction of the system.

背景：在护理教育中，加强与高水平医疗技术相适应的实用技术培训是必要的。因此，培养学生利用自己的能力来组织和重组知识是非常重要的。目的：验证爱媛大学护理技能，发展教育方法，培养适应实践的护理能力。方法：(1)调查爱媛大学各学科护理技术教育开展情况。(2)研究发达国家护理教育的教育方法。(3)考虑新的教育方法。结果：【我校护理技术教育现状】(1)院系全部完成了教育部、文化部、体育部、科技部提出的13项护理基本技术内容。(2)在13个内容中，有些内容在临床培训中可以掌握，但有些内容是不可能体验到的。(3)特别是对患者有伤害的技术技能难以体验。【护理技术教育展望】(1)在学校教育中，必须对护理技能内容进行整理和整合，制定高效有效的护理技术教育方案。(2)在临床培训中，要根据实习环境，使学生掌握护理技能。(3)有必要发展使学生掌握在学校临床培训中无法体验的技术技能的教育方法。【新教学方法】(1)以临床案例为基础，运用角色扮演和模拟模式，对护理发展进行学习。(2)将小组单元考试创新为护理技能考试，培养学生独立进行小组学习的能力。结论：在从入学到毕业的4年时间里，制定有组织的护理技术培训计划，充分考虑护理技术培训的时间、地点和方式，才能提供最优质的护理教育。少

Background : In nursing education, strengthening the practical technical training which it can correspond to the high-level medical technology is necessary.
