项目摘要

1.行列と作用素のノルム不等式およびトレース不等式を研究し、相対エントロピーとGolden-Thompson型の不等式との関連、状態の摂動とTrotter型の極限公式などを追求した。具体的には次のような成果を得た。・対数マジョリゼーションと作用素平均の手法を用いて、Golden-Thompson型の不等式を補完する作用素ノルム不等式を示した。・行列に対するGolden-Thompson型とその補完型のノルム不等式における等号条件を求めた。・状態の摂動に関する荒木やDonaldの結果を応用して、Trotter型の指数積に対するトレース・ノルム収束を示した。2.量子格子系モデルにおいて、平衡状態やMarkov型の状態に対して、平均エントロピー、相対エントロピー、力学的エントロピーなどのエントロピー論を研究した。特に、Markov状態を含み代数的な仕方で定義できる状態について、種々のエントロピー密度の間の関係を確立した。平衡状態に対するShannon-McMillan-Breiman型の収束定理も示した。3.指数有限の因子環-部分因子環の対から、Jonesのベーシック・コンストラクションによって有限次元環の増大列が構成でき、それらにBratteli図形と呼ばれるグラフが対応する。また有限次元環の列から生成されるvon Neumann環上にキャノニカル・シフトと呼ばれる変換が定義できる。グラフの増大度、キャノニカル・シフトの力学的エントロピー、部分因子環の強amenabilityの間の関係を調べた。
