アジア各国の農家経済構造の変化と農家経済行動の特性は、それが一般的に小規模で多数存在し、土地を重要な生産要素とし、動植物の自然環境条件の規定の下での成長を管理する経済活動で技術進歩が工業部門と比べ遅く、消費者家計や企業と異なり生産活動と消費活動が主体の中で同時に相互依存的に行なわれるという特徴と、農産物の需要の所得弾力性が工業製品に比べ経済成長に伴ってより速く低下するため、強い共通性を持っており、また地域格差も大きい。経済成長に伴った農家経済構造の変化には、先進諸国と発展途上諸国の発展段階の大きな格差にもかかわらず共通性がみられ、また同時に発展段階と社会的・政治的・文化的格差に伴う異質性もある。経済成長は一般に工業部門の方が農業部門よりかなり速く、そのため農家経済はその生産要素、生産と生産物の自家消費の組合せを急速に調製することを迫られるが、上述した農家経済の特徴の故に調製が困難で、多くの農家経済構造は経済的に見て悪化する。しかし一部の農家経済は適切な調整をして急速に成長する。これら農家経済構造の変化には大きな地域格差がある。本年度の研究は日本と中国の農家経済を対象に両国の農家経済構造の変化と地域格差および農家経済の行動特性の共通性と異質性を、個票データを使用して追求しようとした。しかし3月の時点でまだ手続きの遅延で日中の個票データが入手できなかったので、今年度は公表された日本の農業センサスや農家経済調査のデータで研究を行い、上述の研究課題に接近し、生産、金融、消費、土地利用において上述の問題を計量的に明らかにした。今月末入手予定である個票データを使った研究の準備的研究である。準備に関しては十分実施できたと考える。中国の農家経済の公表されたデータも、2月の時点で入手できたので、比較の視点から現在このデータの分析を実施している。
