项目摘要
本科研は、A01班の他の計画班研究者およびA02班とともに、全国規模のランダムサンプル(サンプル数12,408)の法意識調査(A02班は、紛争経験調査)を行った。この調査の結果から、法意識と紛争経験、法の主題化の関係(法利用の経験が前2者に大きく影響すること)および法意識の全体像(データとしては従前論じられてきた日本人の法意識論に近いが、その意味づけと解釈は大きく異なること)を示すことができた。
This research conducted a nationwide survey of legal awareness among researchers of Class A01 and other project classes (Class A02, Dispute Survey). The results of this investigation show that the relationship between the legal consciousness and the dispute between the legal consciousness and the theme of the law (the first two major influences of the legal consciousness) and the whole image of the legal consciousness (the Japanese legal consciousness theory) is close to the middle and the meaning of the legal consciousness is different from the big influence).
