项目摘要

本班は、総括班の下で各研究班の相互連絡をはかりながら組織的に研究を推進する目的で作られたもので、A領域「エネルギーに関する社会的・経済的諸問題」の研究に関する研究連絡が主たる目的である。本連絡班が扱うのは、「エネルギー需要と政策」に関する計画研究班と「エネルギーシステムの新しい構成と運用」に関する計画研究班の2班である。連絡班は、その2回の研究連絡会議で、研究実施計画の検討、研究日程の作成、途中経過をふまえての研究推進、研究成果の発表方法等について論議を行った。また、公募2班の研究についてもエネルギーシステム班の報告を通じて検討し、その方向についてアドバイスを与えた。連絡班は、成果の発表会の開催・成果報告書の刊行をも担当した。成果発表は、従来の慣例にしたがって、エネルギー資源研究会主催のエネルギーシステム・経済コンフェレンスでの発表をもって代替した。このコンフェレンスは、平成元年1月19、20日両日にわたって東京虎の門農林年金会館パストラルで行われたが、本グループ関係から15件に近い発表があり、参加者も二百数十名を数え、大変盛会であった。参加者は、大学や本班関係の研究者のみでなく、企業や官庁からの参加も数多く、本班の研究が開かれた研究であることを如実に示していた。なお、これとは別個に、成果報告書を作成し、関係者に配布した。
