(1) 電力ロードマネージメント方式の検討・(茅陽一,斉藤雄志)特に季時別料金制について電源種別を考慮した動学的最適化モデルの開発、それによる本料金制の具体的効果と問題点の摘出を行い、並列的に家庭需要家の反応についてのインタビュー調査を実施、その特性を明確にした。(2) エネルギー産業協調と需要家エネルギー選択の分析 (西川よし一,小川洋) 効用最大化モデルを用いて電力・都市ガスの料金制度が産業協調とそれぞれの負荷率に与える影響を分析すると共に、需要家のエネルギー選択の分析手法として新らしい費用便益分析手法を提案した。(3) 中小規模電源の評価 (鈴木胖,中岡睦雄,松田郁夫) 熱併給発電、太陽光発電を対象としてその構成、制御、運用の望ましい方策について検討を行った。前者については廃棄物エネルギー利用上の問題についてもあわせ検討を行った。(4) 将来輸送用燃料の評価 (大島栄次,富永博夫) 特にメタノールについて技術的、経済的見地からその実用性についての検討を行った。(5) 需要分析 (佐和隆光,森俊介,室田泰弘) イ) MITグループと共同で資本財のエネルギー価格による再評価を行っている。 ロ) エネルギー種間の代替性、補完性の検討のためにトランスログ型費用関数の計測を実行中である。(6) 二酸化炭素問題の影響評価手法開発 (児玉文雄,岡本和人,村田吉男,西岡秀三) イ) 問題因杲構造分析のためのSDモデルの構築を行った。 ロ) 経済影響評価のための動学的モデルの開発を行っている。この場合の政策手段としては課税を用いている。
