本研究は,基礎技術の開発,システムアーキテクチャ,データからの知識発見,それに基づいたビジネスアプリケーションの開発,ビジネスシステムの構築,そしてその実践による効果検証という,情報技術導入におけるビジネスシステム構築プロセスの包括的理論を構築することを目的としている.本年度までに,我々はこれらの理論面の検討を行うことができた.その内容は相互に関連する3つの領域に分けることができる.第1にビジネスで利用されるアプリケーションの開発である.本年度はMUSASHIをベースにしたCRMシステムを開発し,企業データの解析実験を行った.第2はそれらを支える基礎技術の開発であり,オープンソースプラットフォームMUSASHIを公開し,多くの企業が参加する日本MUSASHIユーザー会を中心に普及を進めている.第3の領域はビジネス応用のためのビジネスシステム構築プロセスの理論化の問題である.経営資源論に依拠し,組織能力の概念からこれらのプロセスの理論化を行った。本年度はこれらの理論部分の検討を研究書としてまとめることができ,『データマイニングと組織能力』として出版することができた.今後,これらの理論モデルに基づいたシステム導入を進め,実践による検証を行う予定である.

This research aims at the development of basic technologies, the development of information technology, the knowledge discovery of information technology, the development of information technology infrastructure, the construction of information technology infrastructure, and the theoretical construction of information technology infrastructure. This year, we will discuss the theoretical aspects of this issue. The contents of the three fields are related to each other. The third area is the theoretical problem of the construction of the system for the development of the system.
