中華人民共和国文化部、国家民族事務委員会、中国民間文芸研究会は、『中国民間故事集成』『中国歌謡集成』『中国諺語集成』(「三套集成」)の編集と出版に関する通知」を、1984年に連名で発表した。この通知は、(1)全国各地で民間文学についての調査を普く行うこと、(2)民間文学の採録あたっては、科学的な方法をとること、(3)県を単位とした資料本を編集し印刷すること、(4)各省、自治区、直轄市は編集委員会をそれぞれ設置し、県や市の作成した印刷本をもとに、全国編纂委員会の方針に基づいて、故事、歌謡、諺語の各本を編集し、全国編纂委員会の審査を経た後に各々公開出版する、ことを各省(自治区・直轄市)に求めていた。広西壮族自治区ではこれを受けて、自治区レベルの編纂委員会である中国民間文学集成広西巻編纂委員会を設置し、(1)全ての郷や鎮にいたるまで調査をすること。(2)語り手(歌い手)の名前や地域を明記する他、可能なかぎり語られたままの形を記録するなど、科学的な方法による採集を、各県に求めた。各県では、文化局や文化館が中心となって、採集をすすめ、その成果を、故事、歌謡、諺語の三分冊にまとめ、中国民間文学集成広西巻編纂委員会へ提出した。中国民間文学集成広西巻編纂委員会は、故事、歌謡、諺語の各本を編集する三委員会を新たに設け、資料本などをもとに、『中国民間故事集成広西巻』『中国歌謡集成広西巻』『中国諺語集成広西巻』を編集し、中国民間文学集成全国編纂委員会と連名で、新華書店から刊行した。(『中国諺語集成広西巻』は刊行準備中)本研究では、広西壮族自治区各県で作成された故事編資料本を70冊複写するとともに、中国民間文学集成広西巻編纂委員会の編纂に関わる通達資料を入手し、さらに編纂に関わった編集者に聞き取り調査を行うことによって、広西壮族自治区における「三套集成」プロジェクトに関する基礎的な資料を整備した。

The Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the China Folk Literature Research Association issued a notice on the compilation and publication of "China Folk Stories Collection,""China Ballads Collection," and "China Proverbs Collection"("Three Sets of Collections"). This notice includes: (1) the investigation of folk literature in all parts of the country;(2) the collection and recording of folk literature;(3) the compilation and printing of data books;(4) the compilation committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities; the establishment of printed copies; and the policies of the National Compilation Committee. Proverbs are compiled, reviewed and published by the National Compilation Committee, and requested by all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). The compilation committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is composed of China folk literature and the compilation committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. (2)The name of the hand (song) is clearly recorded, and the shape of the word is recorded. The scientific method is collected. The three volumes of achievements, stories, ballads and proverbs of each cultural bureau and cultural center were proposed by the Compilation Committee of China Folk Literature Collection. China Folklore Collection Compilation Committee has established three new committees for compiling books, stories, ballads and proverbs. Data books have been published. China Folklore Collection, China Ballads Collection, China Proverbs Collection, China Folklore Collection National Compilation Committee, Lianming Bookstore and Xinhua Bookstore have been published. ("China proverb collection" is under preparation for publication) This study is aimed at compiling 70 volumes of story compilation data from various regions of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The compilation of accessible data related to the compilation of China folk literature collection is carried out by the compilation committee. The "three sets of integration" in the West Zhuang Autonomous Region are related to the preparation of basic data.
