项目摘要
1) We have successfully constructed a model experimental system exhibiting robust on/off switching on genetic activity accompanied by the structural transition of a giant DNA molecule. 2) It is shown that micro-confinement causes specific phase-segregation. We demonstrated marked acceleration of gene-expression reaction in an artificial model cell. 3) We proposed a novel theoretical model to explain the emergent process of the morphology in multicellular systems.
