The purpose of this research is to make clear the whole process of the history of the control engineering. We have the many papers and books on the history of th e control engineering. such as "A History of Control Engineering- by S. Benett, "T he Origin of the Feedback Control-by Otto Mayr, "Entwicklung der modernen Regelu ngstechnik- so on. These works are dealing with parts of the history of control engineering. It is need more to analyse the significance of the control engineering to the development of the whole technology. With this point it has been long discussed in Japan, if the 'inner-relation-theory of the technology' is correct or not, which explains the rule and way(process)of the technology with the particular theory-on technology. It has been cleared the whole developing structure of the control technology in this project, and with this work, the researcher is of opinion that this particular theory is incorrect.

本研究的目的是理清控制工程历史的全过程。我们有许多关于控制工程历史的论文和书籍。例如《控制工程史》（S. Benett）、《反馈控制的起源》（Otto Mayr）、《Entwicklung der Modernen Regelu ngstechnik》等。这些著作涉及控制工程历史的一部分。需要更多地分析控制工程对整个技术发展的意义。基于这一点，在日本已经讨论了很长时间，如果“技术的内在关系理论”是 正确与否，用特定的技术理论来解释技术的规律和方式（过程）。本项目已经明确了控制技术的整个发展结构，通过这项工作，研究人员认为这个特定的理论是不正确的。
