Analysis of the Development of the Technology and Engineering After World War II in Japan

通过对二战后日本技术与工程发展历程的分析，可以得出以下结论：信息技术是日本科技高度发达的重要标志之一，日本政府的支持在信息技术的发展中发挥了重要作用。通过这一扶持政策，日本信息产业主要在“硬件技术”方面发展，而在“软件”技术方面则相对薄弱。这不仅是信息技术的特点，在日本的其他技术中也很普遍。日本的技术发展结构是以廉价和过度集聚的劳动力为基础，把研究集中在研究的重要部分。这样的结构给日本的未来带来了不乐观的前景，为了更大的发展，应该改变研究开发结构。”计算机技术的发展改变了机床技术的能力，但机床技术本身也在不断发展。人们都说信息和数据会在信息社会中流畅而自由地流动，但事实并非如此。在日本，“TDF”不是免费的，而是有方向和控制的。(2)在化学技术方面，该领域的发展方向是由GHQ和日美关系决定的。这一发展有力地促进了繁荣。但是，这一领域的发展结构是大量引进美国的技术，而忽略了考虑工业行为对环境的影响，即忽略了处理工厂排放的物质的技术。这将付出高昂的代价。因此，日本的环境问题是由日本高度发展的工业本身造成的。对技术本身我们找不到解决的办法，而是在产业结构和社会结构中发展技术。(3)日本工业的高度繁荣得益于对军事的少量投入。少

With analyzing the process of the development of the technology and engineering in Japan after world War the II we could conclude as following ;(1) By the development of the Information technology, that is one of the important symbols of the highly developed technology in Japan, the support of the Government has played an important role. By this supporting policy Japanese information industry has developed mainly in 'hardware technology' and in contrary weak in 'software' technology. This characteristic is not only of information technology but common in other technologies in Japan. The structure of technology-developing in Japan is that concentrating investigation in the important part of the research with basing the cheap and overconvergencing labor. This structure gives not hopeful perspective in Japanese future, it would be need for more development that the structure of research and developpment should be changed.The developpment of the computer technology has changed the ability … More of tool-machine technology, but with the development of the machine-technology itself.It is said that the Information and Data would flow fluently and freely in the information society, but it is not true. This development has strongly contributed to the prosperity. But the structure of the development in this field was made introducing many technologies from the USA and neglcting the considering the influences of the industrial behavior to the circumstances, that is neglecting the technology which should deal with the outcoming substances from the factories. That would cost highly. So the enviromental problems in Japan have been made by Japanese high developing industry itself.
